With 15 years of pastoral ministry as the Founding Pastor of the Church of God Missionaries of Beracah, he brings spiritual and administrative authority that is officially recognized and sworn.

The strategic direction and physical representation of the Beracah International Institute for the Artibonite department, specifically within the commune of Gonaïves, are entrusted to Me Ernso Desravines. A professional with multidisciplinary expertise, he serves as the essential liaison between IBI’s central administration and local field operations.

Profile and Expertise:

• Legal Expertise & Human Rights: As a seasoned jurist and human rights advocate, he ensures the institution upholds the highest ethical and legal standards. His oversight guarantees an administration rooted in integrity and transparency.

• Theological Foundation: A trained theologian, he ensures that IBI’s spiritual vision is faithfully transmitted and implemented within the regional Christian community.

• Technological Competence: As an IT specialist, he plays a key role in modernizing learning and integrating digital tools into leadership training.

His Mission in Gonaïves:

Me Desravines serves as the operational pillar of IBI in Artibonite. He coordinates local academic activities, supervises student mentorship, and represents the institution before civil and ecclesiastical authorities.
